Products may be exchanged or returned within fifteen (15) calendar days with the original receipt. No refunds will be given for opened products. If you are dissatisfied with any product we will gladly help you find the right one, for exchange or store credit only.
Zandi K will return any hair or body products if damaged or if you have experienced any allergies to the product.
No refunds will be given on gift card purchases.
If for any reason you are unhappy with you service results, please contact us within one week of your original service. Your service provider will make any adjustments that do not conflict with your original requested services, complimentary. Refunds will be given for services on a case-by-case basis only.
We understand that things happen. As a courtesy to our staff and to other clients. If for any reason you can not make your appointment time, we kindly ask for 24-hour notice.
If you miss your appointment twice, you must provide a credit card number to reserve the time for your next appointment.
If you miss more than 3 appointments without 24-hour notice, your card will be charged.
