Follow the steps below to book an appointment with us.
To ensure your booking is complete and is on our books please:
- Add your services to your cart.
- Create or log in to your account.
- Submit your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email that your services have been booked.
IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE ALL STEPS AND SUBMIT YOUR ORDER YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS NOT BEEN BOOKED. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THE ABOVE STEPS.
We understand things happen, emergencies occur and illnesses come on quickly. However, following the Colorado Safer at Home guidelines, our team is on limited schedules which unfortunately has an impact on how many people they can service in a week, which greatly impacts their financial stability. So it is so important, now more than ever, our cancellation policy is adhered to as much as possible. In the event you do not show with no notice we will charge you a no show fee of 10%. We understand things happen however we do have a Three Snips policy which will result in a credit card deposit for full service to reserve a specific time for you:
- If you no show your appointment once you will be charged a No Show fee of 10% of booked service.
- If you no show or cancel less than 24 hour notice your appointment twice, you must provide a credit card number to reserve the time for your next appointment.
- If you miss more than three appointments without a 24 hour notice, your card will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.
