Return & Refund Policy
Products may be exchanged or returned within fifteen (15) days with the original receipt. No refunds will be given for opened products. If you are dissatisfied with any product we would gladly help you find the right one for exchange only.
Zandi K. will return any hair or body products if damaged or if you experience any allergies to the product.
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service results please contact us within one week of your original service. Your service provider will make any adjustments that do not conflict with your original services, complimentary. Refunds will be given for services on a case by case basis only.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our staff and to other clients, if for any reason you cannot make your appointment time we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice. If you miss your appointment twice, you must provide a credit card number to reserve the time for your next appointment. The third time without 24 hour notice your card will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.
